What items can be returned / exchanged?

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

​

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

What are the payment options?

We gratefully receive payment via all major Credit / Debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal.  Local pick up / delivery is available if you are local to my area.

What is your return policy?

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on pre-built items.  

For any custom built items such as Stove / Oven covers we are not able to replace, but please reach out if you have any problems with your order.  A solution is always possible.

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

Do you allow cancellations?

We understand that life quite often gets in the way.  Cancellations on ready made products is permitted.  We cannot accept cancellations on custom built items, but please reach out to check where the build process is up to.  It may not be too late to cancel..

Is it strong enough for an AirFryer?

Absolutely!

Can you explain the dimensions?

To be clear when communicating measurements:

  • Width is defined as the left to right measurement

  • Depth is the front to back measurement

  • Clearance height is the distance between your worktop and the height of your hobs.  1cm will be added to this to ensure the cover skims over your hobs just nicely.
